HOLLAND-TRAINED ATHLETES ARE BUILT DIFFERENT

Most youth athletes have different needs and goals. Wrestling, like most sports, has varying levels of competition. We’ve spent the last 10 years developing options to give our wrestlers access to programs to take them from beginners to high school athletes with collegiate-level wrestling abilities.

Freestyle / Greco Season

Training with Ed Holland is a masterclass in purpose-driven wrestling, blending high-intensity freestyle transitions with the precision and physicality of Greco-Roman combat. His sessions emphasize winning key positions, relentless hand fighting, and converting small advantages into points, all while simulating the pace and pressure of real competition. Every drill has intent, every exchange demands accountability, and every wrestler leaves sharper, tougher, and more confident in the moments that decide matches.

Private Lessons

Private lessons with Ed Holland deliver focused, one-on-one instruction tailored to the wrestler’s specific goals and style. Each session breaks down technique with precision, addresses individual weaknesses, and builds a clear plan for improvement, whether it’s refining a go-to attack or fixing small details that make a big difference. With direct feedback and intentional reps, wrestlers leave every lesson sharper, more confident, and better prepared to compete at their highest level.

Summer / Offseason

Summer and offseason training with Ed Holland is where wrestlers are built, not just prepared. These sessions focus on technical refinement, physical development, and mental toughness, using the extra time to slow the game down and sharpen every detail. Athletes grind through high-rep drilling, focused live situations, and demanding conditioning that lay the foundation for peak performance in season. It’s a deliberate, disciplined environment designed to turn hard work into confidence—and potential into results when it counts.
